Former Sabres goaltender Dominik Hasek was inducted into the Sabres hall of fame prior to Saturday night's home game against the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Hasek spent nine seasons in Buffalo from 1992-2001 appearing in 491-games, and is considered one of the most talented and dynamic goaltenders in NHL history.

The Sabres have announced they will retire Hasek's number 39 during a ceremony next season.
