BUFFALO, NY - A 91-year-old family-owned business has rebuilt in Buffalo after a devastating fire.

On Thursday morning, Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz took a tour of the new building that houses Niagara Lubricant, a manufacturer that used to be located in Black Rock.

A fire destroyed the facility in 2011 and, after a struggle to find financing, the company managed to rebuild with help from the City of Buffalo and Erie County.

The new plant is located on East Delavan in the former American Axle Complex.
