BUFFALO, NY - A Buffalo woman is facing charges Saturday night, accused of dragging another woman with her minivan.
It happened around 3 p.m. on Comstock Avenue in the city's Kensington-Bailey neighborhood.
Buffalo Police officers say 39-year old Renee Brown got in an argument with a passenger who demanded to get out of her car. Apparently, the passengers in Brown's minivan were fearful for their safety.
When that passenger was getting out of the vehicle, Brown allegedly stepped on the gas and dragged her a short distance. Brown then hit another car a few blocks away.
She is facing charged including DWI and leaving the scene of an accident.
The victim is in the hospital and is expected to survive.
